Below are a few answers to our most commonly asked questions…
How do you get my information?
We have an internal team of researchers that perform preliminary government audits to identify individuals and families that are owed money. We then utilize public records to find and to reach out to these individuals and families via phone, email, direct mail to current addresses, and even through social media.
When you reach out to me, is it just to inform me that I am owed money?
Mainly, we reach out to create an awareness of the money owed to you by nthe government. Second, as an organization dedicated to retrieve funds, we want your permission to dig deeper, provide hard evidence that the money is yours, and ultimately get the funds into your pocket.
How much of a process is this? Is it a big hassle?
The short answer is yes, however, when working with our team the process is seamless.
Why? Our team is efficient and specialized in the verification and funds recovery process. With only 10-20 minutes of your time, we can get to work. Allow our team to deal with the hassle of verification legalities and dealing with government agencies. We handle all of the hassle so you don’t have to.
Is this process expensive?
Our team covers any and all upfront and out of pocket expenses so you are not taking on any of the risks. The cost of our service is scaled to the amount owed. If for any reason we are unable to successfully recover the money owed to you, or if the records are old or inaccurate, we assume all costs and you do not pay anything.
How do you guys get paid?
We work on a contingency fee basis, meaning we do not receive payment unless we are successful in collecting the funds for our clients. When our team is successful in recovering the funds, we keep a minority percentage of the collected funds, and you receive the remaining large majority. We cover any and all up front fees and out of pocket expenses along the way.
Do you work with just anyone?
We do not. Our preliminary audits specifically focus only on individuals and families that we believe are owed $10,000 or more.
How much am I owed?
If we are contacting you, we believe that you are owed a minimum of $10,000.
Why do you do this?
Our organization is founded on the belief that this money is better off in the hands of individuals and families rather than the government. It is really this simple – we love helping people.
